For example, if you are aggressive against the cannibals, they will learn from your behavior and attack you in a way that makes it harder for you to protect yourself. The cannibals will also attack in bigger, stronger groups, more frequently depending on how you attack them. Kelvin, your brand new follower, will also help you depending on the way you play the game.
Number three is the new crafting and building system. It has been improved from the first game and is now more complex. Crafting and building will be essential for surviving in Sons of the Forest, which is more complicated than the first game.
Number four is the changing seasons. Unlike the first game, where you have a forest and then snowy mountains, Sons of the Forest will have different biomes that will change depending on how long you are playing for. The seasons will affect the game, such as fewer animals to hunt in winter and more food to hunt in spring and summer.
Finally, number five is co-op and Kelvin. There is cooperative play in Sons of the Forest, up to eight players in total, including yourself. Kelvin will be with you in both single-player and multiplayer modes, helping you to gather resources, build, and fight off enemies.
